Who we are

Repipe Inc is the legal entity behind the work you see branded as Repipe OC. We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board as CSLB 1087885, classification C-36 Plumbing. Our office is at 23821 Hillhurst Drive, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.

We serve homeowners who need a clear plan for aging galvanized or failing copper lines: diagnosis, permits where required, careful install, and inspection coordination. The consumer-facing site for education and neighborhood pages is repipesoc.com; this site is the company hub for Repipe Inc.

Our practice is built around whole-house repipe with Uponor / Wirsbo PEX-A expansion systems, plus Type L copper where metal is the right material for visible runs, stub-outs, or hybrid details. We also handle leak detection, slab leak repair, emergency leak response, and related fixture or tankless work when it fits the same home.

How we work in South OC

Most of our days are spent in South Orange County neighborhoods — Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Dana Point, Aliso Viejo, Ladera Ranch, and nearby communities — with work extending across Orange County when the scope is a whole-house repipe or urgent leak response.

We schedule within published office hours: Monday–Friday 6:00a–6:00p, Saturday 8:00a–5:00p, and Sunday 10:00a–2:00p. When a home needs emergency leak response, we treat it as a priority within that service window and move quickly to stop damage and define the next honest step — repair, targeted replacement, or full whole-house repipe.

Every repipe we install is backed by a 25-year transferable parts-and-labor warranty on the supply pipes and fittings we put in. Coverage transfers with the home so the next owner inherits the same written protection.
